Dieter W. Peter

As the CEO and Chairman of the Company, Mr. Peter is responsible for overall operations of the Company. Since 1982, Mr. Peter has been a founder and principal in resource exploration companies which have been listed on the Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, and London Stock Exchanges. His experience includes all aspects of resource exploration and development, financing and management of projects and personnel. Mr. Peter received the 2000 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" Pacific regional award for manufacturing for his achievements with Concerts Industries Ltd.

Melvin Stevens

Mel Stevens is the General Manager of Laxgalts'Ap Forest Company and a director of Gitxat'in Development Company and Gitxat'in MHIND World Link Inc. As President, Mr. Stevens is responsible for the management and operations of the Company.

Patrick Stewart

Mr. Stewart, an architect by profession, has over twenty-three years of architectural experience and is principal of his own firm. He is a member of the Architectural Institute of BC, President of the First Nations Resource Group and Chairman of the Greater Vancouver Aboriginal Homelessness Steering Committee.

Hugh Maddin B.Comm. LLB

Mr. Maddin is President of Quadra Aggregates Inc. and Chairman of Maple Leaf Systems Inc. He is also a Director of Randsburg International Gold Corp., Consolidated Global Cable Systems Inc. and Mineral Hill Industries Ltd.

Edward Skoda

Mr. Skoda is responsible for the exploration and development of aggregate projects. He has been involved in the mining industry, globally, since 1971. His experience includes mineral exploration, mine development and production services in underground, open pit and tunneling projects. Presently, he is a director on five corporate boards; three publicly trading and two private companies.

Andrew H.von Kursell

Director of Pencari Mining Corporation, International Petroreal Oil Corporation and Copper Belt Resources Ltd. He is an experienced senior executive in the national and international mining industry, having held senior positions for Cominco and Cyprus Anvil Mining Corp.

Jayram Hosanee

Jayram Hosanee brings a wealth of experience gained over his 25 years as a finance professional across a wide range of industries, mainly in Europe and Africa. He is particularly conversant with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Josephine See FCIS, P.Adm

Ms. See is a chartered secretary and has been corporate secretary of public companies and a director of several private companies. Ms. See is also Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Treasurer & Corporate Secretary of Mineral Hill Industries Ltd.and Corporate Secretary-Treasurer of Copper Belt Resources.
